General
Payment is through Paypal in $ USD currency only.
We will ๐ป๐ผ๐ accept client/costumer less than 5 month on Deviantart/Toyhouse.
All commissions are digital files. Not printed art.
All commissions are done with our art style, don't ask us to imitate the style of another artist.
There will be cases where we slightly modify your character's color palette due to our art style.
We will do the commission according to the payment order. Whoever pays first will be on top of our commission list.
๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: All character references must be full color images. We will not accept descriptions / texts, pixel art, drawings in black and white or 3D reference. The descriptions will only used to help us to notice the important information of your character that will help us to draw it with more accuracy
We have the right to not accepting the commission from a person that we're not comfortable with or with the one in our blacklist or ordering character that made or have an extra art from AI generator.
Any mistakes made on our behalf (e.g. misread description, missed a detail, etc) we will correct free of charge. However, if the mistake is as a result of insufficient information or not mentioned to us when we accepted your commission, we are not obliged to correct or change anything for you.

Payment Plan

This option only apply if we stated it in the commission info.โ Payment plans are only available if the commission exceeds the amount of $230 usd.โ Minimum duration of payment plan are 2 weeks and maximum 8 weeks - depending on the commission price range. You can discuss with us if you want to check beforehand.โ A deposit is required. Down payment should be at least 50% for the minimum.โ Down payment should be done within 48 hours. If you drop your payment, the down payment you sent in the first 48 hours is ๐ฃ๐ค๐ฉ ๐ง๐๐๐ช๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ก๐ and you will lose it
After the first down payment is sent (50%), we'll start making the sketch after and ask for a revision.
Once all the payment completed we will start to working on your commission completely ( lineart, color, etc.. )
โ We don't do hold and don't do refund.โ Chargebacks against us due to irresponsible buying will automatically result in a permanent blacklist.
